Shipping Availability:

32 Degrees East ships to locations globally that are within the reach of DHL Shipping services. We use DHL Uganda as our shipping carrier.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the products ordered, as well as the shipping destination. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Delivery times vary based on the shipping destination. You can expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days from the date of shipment, although this is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If you do not receive your order or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Responsibility of the Receiver:

The receiver is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is correct and that someone is available to receive the package during normal business hours. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Customs and Duties:

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs and duties fees in the country of delivery. 32 Degrees East is not responsible for any customs or duties fees incurred.
